Yes, we will ask you a few questions to help us make a successful request. 

Can you create video testimonials?

We can produce video testimonials based on the stories of willing customers and clients. We don't create fictional testimonials.

How can people be sure testimonials are authentic?

When we conduct an interview to record a video testimonial, we invite the interviewee to express factual statements about themselves and the results they have achieved. Most interviewees are happy for their business contact details to be included in the video. This way, everything they say could be verified by a viewer. Factual information that could be verified is usually accepted as authentic.

How can you produce video testimonials for such a low price?

Through practice and experience, we capture almost every testimonial in one take and have an efficient process for editing the resulting recording.

Can I choose the questions that you ask in the interview?

Yes, although we advise clients to avoid asking leading questions that direct the interviewee to give specific answers. We have found that gentle nudging and secondary questions, based on what is said, get better results.
